Jacksonville, Fla. – Please join us in welcoming Ruth Ann Hepler to the Jacksonville Regional Office of Catholic Charities, an agency of the Diocese of St. Augustine, located downtown at the Providence Center, 134 E. Church Street.

As Director of Development, Ruth Ann is responsible for fundraising activities, volunteers, administrative and supervisory functions of the Development Office.

Ruth Ann earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri in Columbia and a law degree from the University of Florida. She practiced law in Jacksonville for 22 years before making a career change to the nonprofit sector. She came to Catholic Charities from the City Rescue Mission, where she served as a development officer.

She serves on the Board of the West Council of the JaxChamber and is a member of the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2014. She is president-elect of the San Marco Rotary Club. Ruth Ann and her husband Carey have been married for 23 years and have three daughters, ages 18, 19 and 21.
