Catholic Charities – Transforming Lives for 75 Years!
January 25, 2019 • Kathleen Bagg

Jacksonville, Fla. – Join us for an evening of food, dancing, and giving. The Annual Catholic Charities Black & White Ball is Saturday, March 9, from 6 to 10 p.m., at the US Assure Club East, 1 TIAA Bank Field Drive in Jacksonville. The honorary chairs are Karen and Greg Montana.

Members of the community are invited to attend this signature event that raises funds for some of the most vulnerable members of our community. All proceeds go directly to client emergency financial assistance at Catholic Charities.

The evening begins with a cocktail reception overlooking the terrace of the US Assure Club East. Guests will enjoy live music by KTG, a seated dinner, and lots of dancing. Tickets are $200 per person.

For the past 27 years, the Black & White Ball has raised more than $3.1 million for Catholic Charities’ Emergency Financial Assistance Program. Catholic Charities is the largest provider of emergency assistance to residents of Northeast Florida. Last year, more than 18,750 individuals were served by the organization, of which, more than 85 percent were non-Catholic. The Emergency Assistance program provides hope and a hand up to help families facing a crisis. Our services include utility/rent/mortgage assistance, housing support services, access to our food pantry and case management.
