St. Augustine, Fla. – In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche at Nombre de Dios Mission, St. Augustine, is limiting the hours of operation until further notice. The Shrine Church, Mission Museum and Shrine Gift Shop are closed to the public, and all group tours and events scheduled at the shrine have been canceled through March.

Hours of operation for the Mission Nombre de Dios Grounds and Historic Chapel will be limited to noon to 4 p.m. daily. No more than ten people can be in the chapel at one time, and visitors are asked to practice social distancing while on the grounds.

Priests are available for confession by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, email Father Erlin Garcia at fr.erlin@missionandshrine.org.

The faith community may also request a Mass intention, and a member of the staff will light a candle for you. You can also ask for prayers by visiting https://dosafl.wufoo.com/forms/shrine-prayer-request-form/.
